JANE (JENNY) BREMNER

Jane (Jenny) Caroline Bremner, passed away on Thursday November 7, 2002 at the age of 83 years.  Jenny was born in Moose Jaw, November 14, 1918, the youngest child of Alice and Charles Belsey.  After completing her education at William Grayson Public School and A.E.Peacock High School, she commenced work at the Seed Pool in the employ of the Saskatchewan Department of Agriculture and later the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool.  She retired in 1983.  Jenny is predeceased by her husband, Jock in 1996;  her parents, Alice and Charles Belsey; brother, Harry Belsey; sisters, Alice (Bill) Lonergan and Jessie Kell; and brother-in-law, Harry Blackman.  She leaves to mourn and is sadly missed by her brother, Ted (Rita) Belsey; sister, Maggie Blackman;  brothers-in-law, George Kell and Jim Bremner; sisters-in-law, Edna Belsey, Effie (Allan) Finer, Ruth Winchel, and Kay Rochon; her many nieces and nephews and her dear friend, Marg McMurray.  In keeping with Jenny’s request, there will be no service.  A private interment of cremated remains will take place at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of choice.  In living memory of Jenny, a tree will be planted in Wakamow Valley by W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home.
