Mrs.
Edith Adams of
Moose Jaw, passed
away February 8,
2002
at the age of 80 years. Born in
Prince
Albert,
Sask.
on
September
16, 1921.
She married Robert “Bob” Adams and they moved to Moose Jaw
in 1958.
Edith loved to bake and was always involved with her
family’s activities. She
worked at the Army & Navy Dept. Store for 25 years, retiring
in 1991. Predeceased
by her husband, Bob in 1992; her parents; two sisters and two
brothers. She is
survived by her sons: Bryan
(Linda) –
Moose Jaw; Barry
(Gail) – North
Battleford;
grandchildren: Chris,
Tianna, Jonathan, Jocelynne, and Michael;
great-grandchild: Irelynd; and many nieces, nephews and relatives. Memorial Services will be held at W.J.Jones & Son
Funeral Chapel on
Tuesday,
February 12, 2002, at 1:30 pm.
Rev. Derek Nicholls will officiate.
Memorialization will take place at Rosedale
Cemetery. Memorials to the Sask. Heart & Stroke Foundation, Box 521,
Moose Jaw,
S6H 4P2, would be
appreciated. In
living memory of Edith, a tree will be planted in Wakamow
Valley
by W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home.
