ADA EVANS

Mrs. Ada Mary Evans (nee McDermott) of Moose Jaw passed away suddenly on Monday February 4, 2008, at the age of 81 years. Ada is predeceased by her husband Frank of nearly 50 years, brother Fred, sister-in-law Florence, brother-in-law Ray, and son-in-law Tim.  She is survived by her sister Anny Voyer and family;  daughter Mary Ellen (Mare) Renner, granddaughter Kelly Renner, grandson Michael (Tammy) Renner, and great-grandchildren Alyssa and Steven; son Frank (Vicki) Evans, grandson Jamie Evans (Trudy), granddaughter Angela (Pat) Hart, and great-grandson Kylan. She also leaves behind many loving friends and other relatives. A gathering to celebrate Ada’s life will be held at W.J. Jones & Son Chapel on Monday February 11, 2008 at 1:00 pm.  Father Job Addai C.S.Sp will be the Celebrant.  In lieu of flowers, memorials gifts may be sent to the Canadian Cancer Society, 61B Ross St.W., Moose Jaw, S6H 2M2. In living memory of Ada , a tree will be planted in Besant Park by W.J. Jones & Son Funeral Home.

Dave Lott - Caron, SK:  Sincere condolences to the family. I was very shocked to see the obit in the paper. I've known Ada for over 40 yrs. I worked for Frank Sr. (F Troop) in the Aircraft Maintenance Hanger at the base. I am truly sorry and will miss her.
