MARGARET DILLON

MARGARET passed away April 23, 2007 at Moose Jaw Union Hospital at the age of 90 years. Margaret was born in Moose Jaw and resided there for most of her life. She was predeceased by her husband, Bob Dillon; sisters: Kay Whelan, Maisie Smith, and Flo Netzel, a brother, Jackie Whelan and a granddaughter, Debbi Dillon. Margaret will be sadly missed by her sons: Dennis (Gayle) - Calgary, Gordon (Julie) - Regina; grandchildren: Rob (Lisa) - Calgary, Patricia - Calgary, Michael (Luchana) - Lumsden, and Rebecca - Regina; great-grandchildren: Natasha, Amanda, Kathryn, Jessica, Kassandra, Oran, and Kael; and a brother Hank - Vancouver, as well as many nieces and nephews.  The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Chapel, 106 Athabasca St. E., Moose Jaw. Father Francis Folleh C.S.S.p. will officiate. Memorialization will take place at a later date. The family wish to thank Marg’s other “family” the Goudies for their many years of companionship, support and unending generosity.  Thank you also to the many caregivers at Pioneer Lodge and the Union Hospital.  Flowers gratefully declined, for those wishing donations to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.  In living memory of Margaret, a tree has been planted in Wakamow Valley by W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home.
