FRAN BENNETT

MRS. FRANCES ANN “FRAN” BENNETT passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at the age of 74 years. She was born at Admiral, Saskatchewan January 20, 1932. On November 16, 1953 Fran married Budd Bennett and they continued to reside in the city.  For many years Fran worked at both Hospitals in Moose Jaw, for a Doctor’s office and also at Ina Grafton Gage Home as a Registered Nurse.  Predeceased by her parents, Ivan and Ann Bangle, two sisters and five brothers, Fran is  survived by her husband, Budd; two daughters: Kerri (Perry) Bell Medicine Hat and Yvonne Bennett – Moose Jaw; six grandchildren: Karyn, Jodi, Melissa, Falon, Steven and Adam; two great-grandchildren, one sister, Lorraine Dixon – Saskatoon, and one brother, Stuart (Lois) Bangle – Warren, Manitoba.  A Memorial Service will be held in the W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Chapel on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at 11:00 a.m.  Reverend Nobuko Iwai will officiate. Memorialization will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.  Memorials for the Elks and Royal Purple Fund for Children, 358 Langdon Cresent. Moose Jaw, Sk. S6H 0x4, would be appreciated.  In living memory of Fran, a tree has been planted in Wakamow Valley by W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home.

Linda Henshaw - Kamloops, B.C.: You have been in our hearts and thoughts since we heard of Auntie Fran's passing. She will dearly be missed.
