TAMMY AMELL (nee Thelma Bendle)

On November 16, 2006, TAMMY passed away peacefully at the age of 61 years.  She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of forty years, Bob; their grandson, Cole – whom they were raising after their daughter Amber passed away in April of this year; son, Douglas (Heidi); granddaughters: Sage and Devon, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Tammy was also predeceased by her brother, Jim Bendle, sister, Marlene Dodson, and her parents, Lester and Eva Bendle from the Prince Albert area. The Funeral Service will be held at the W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Chapel, 106 Athabasca St. E., Moose Jaw on Friday, November 24, 2006 at 2:00 p.m.  Della Ferguson will officiate. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. A special thank you to the group of Homecare caregivers for all their work and talks with Tammy.  In lieu of flowers, Tammy would greatly appreciate donations to your local Humane Society. In living memory of Tammy, a tree has been planted in Wakamow Valley by W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home.
