NORMA GADD

Norma Isabel Gadd (Smith), of Moose Jaw, and formerly of Drinkwater, passed away April 10, 2005 at the age of 77 years.  Norma was born and raised at Rouleau. She attended Hunt School, then school in Rouleau, finishing her education in Regina where she worked for a time.  She married Roy Gadd on October 14, 1950.  Norma was a member of the Drinkwater United Church Women, the Eastern Star, and she enjoyed singing.  Predeceased by her parents, husband Roy in 2001, one brother Cecil, sister-in-law Ethel, sister Evelyn, and brother-in-law, Fred.  She leaves to mourn her three sons: Gerald (Lois) – Regina; Jack (Kathy) – Moose Jaw; Stu (Terry) - Moose Jaw, five grandchildren: Jayson, Sarah, Lyndsay, Kelsea, and Katie; brother, Stew (Maureen); and numerous nieces and nephews.  Funeral Services will be held at W.J.Jones & Son Chapel on Thursday April 14, 2005 at 2:30 pm. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.  Memorials to the Sask. Heart & Stroke Foundation, 2360 Second Ave., Regina, S4R 1A6, or the Alzheimer’s Association, #301-2550 12th Ave., Regina, S4P 3X1, would be appreciated. In living memory of Norma, a tree will be planted in Wakamow Valley by W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home.

Robert  and Corliss Okerstrom - Moose Jaw, SK: To all of Norma family - Remember your Mother & Dad coming into the bank all the time and how happy they were to just chat with you.   Your mother almost remember me and even when her health was failing at St. Michael's she always had time to talk.   Pray and thoughts are with all of you at this time of sorrow.
