Guest Book Brenda Davidson -
Regina, Sask.: Thank You for being my Brother Murray. I
know life threw you some curve balls but you always pulled through.
After you had your burn accident, I went to the Hospital every day after
work to visit with you. You were never awake but I knew you were
aware that I was there. You were six years older than me and had left
for the Institute in Weyburn by the time I came along. Then you
moved to Valley View in Moose Jaw. I remember in my early years that Dad would pick you up and bring you
home for supper. As soon as you ate you wanted to go home!
Shirley, your sister, told me a story the other day but I was too young
and didn't remember it. You were still in Weyburn and we went to
visit you. Mom & Dad stopped at a store and bought you some
pears. Your Brothers & sisters whining. "How come
he gets pears and we never do?" I guess you were
"Special." When You get to Heaven say Hi to Dad, Wilfred and
Wayne for us. We will miss you but know God is taking care of You
and the others. Bev Middlebrook - Kimberley, BC: Murray was my favorite resident at Valley View Centre. I worked at Valley View when I was 16 in the 70's on & off until 2004. I always enjoyed his smile and good nature. He was a treat to work with. My sincerely sympathy to his family. Melissa Bailey - Saint John NB |
