LAURETTE ARGUIN

MRS. LAURETTE ARGUIN passed away Sunday, April 10, 2005 at the age of 67 years, following a courageous 8 month battle with cancer. Born and raised in Coderre, Saskatchewan, Laurette moved to Moose Jaw in 1985 and began working at Ina Grafton Gage Home as a Special Care Aide where she gave the best of care to those who needed her until her retirement in January 2003. Predeceased by her mother, Rosanna Huel, father, John Huel and cousin, Allain (Butch) Huel.  Laurette is survived by her husband, Ernest Arguin and her loving children: Doug (Anne) Arguin of Saskatoon, Adrian (Lorraine) Arguin of Moose Jaw, Sherry (Marty) Lillico of Medicine Hat, Barry (Celine) Arguin of Moose Jaw, Carla (Louis) Carrobourg of Gravelbourg and Tania (David) Kanz of Moose Jaw; seventeen adoring grandchildren as well as her two brothers: Rene (Rena) Huel of Coderre and Jerry Huel (Lorraine Arguin) of Coderre, and sister, Yvette (Louis) Gaucher of Coderre. Following cremation, A Memorial Mass will be Celebrated at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 1064 Third Ave. N.W., Moose Jaw on Thursday, April 14, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Memorialization will take place privately at a later time.  Prayers will be held Wednesday evening (April 13) at 7:00 p.m. at the Church.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 61B Ross St. W., Moose Jaw, Sask., S6H 2M2 would be appreciated. In living memory of Laurette, a tree will be planted in Wakamow Valley by W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home.
