Tracey Legare  - Moose Jaw: Gram, I miss you and will love you always. Thanks for the memories.

Randy and Irene Nesvold: Moose Jaw, SK - Dear Bob & family: So sorry to hear the news of Aunt Katy's passing, please accept our deepest sympathies.  Mom said she had a nice visit with Aunt Katy at breakfast the day before her passing.  Mom is now in the Union hospital getting help and is too ill to attend the funeral.  She said to say that you are all are in her thoughts and prayers.  Take care and God bless.

Dale and Colleen Gilbert - Swift Current: We were shocked to see Aunty Katy's obituary on this website...we didn't know she had gone home to be with her Lord and Saviour. We would like to have attended the services if we had known. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Ken Knutson and Jean Knarr - Moose Jaw, SK: Our sympathy goes out to the family in the loss of their grandmother, mother, aunt & sister.  It was a pleasure to recently renew an acquaintance with her that goes back 65 years to the days in Ormiston.  Please take comfort in the fact of the promised resurrection to everlasting life on a Paradise earth (John 11:23-25; John 5:28,29).

John and Liz Andrei - Moose Jaw, SK: Our sincerest sympathies go out to you all in the loss of your mother.  She was a special lady.  Sorry we were unable to attend her funeral.

Heidi Lasante - Irricana, AB: Kimi - I was so sorry to hear the news of your Grandma, take comfort in the memories you have. Give Bob and Joan my sympathies also.

Pat and Sue Truscott  nee Lennox - Chilliwack, BC: Katie leaves a special memory for me, of times I used to visit her as a teenager.  She would save my Western Producer stories for me, and would fascinate me with stories of the early years in Ormiston when coffee time was announced by hanging out a tea towel.  What fun when they hung the tea towel on somebody else's house!  I like to think she's up in heaven hanging tea towels all over the place.  As Philip Reitan once said, "Katie is one of the Beautiful People".  We love you and are glad you've got your heart's desire now.
