GERTRUDE
ANNIE COLE, age 90, of Moose Jaw, formerly of the Parkbeg District, passed away
on
Wednesday, May 5, 2004. Predeceased
by her father, William Cole, mother, Annie Cole; sisters: Ethel,
Hilda and Doris and partner, Milt Hampton, Gertrude is survived by
her brothers: Bill, Albert and Frank; sisters: Mabel and Laura, as
well as several nieces and nephews, and her special friend, John
Cooney. The
Funeral Service will be held on Friday,
May 7, 2004
at 1:30 p.m.
in the
W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Chapel, Moose
Jaw.
Della Ferguson will officiate.
Interment will take place at Mortlach
Cemetery. Memorials
in memory of Gertrude may be made to the Extendicare Family
Support Group,
1151 Coteau St. W., Moose Jaw, S6H 5G5. The
family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at
Extendicare for the excellent care Gertie received during her stay.
In living memory of Gertrude, a tree will be planted in Wakamow
Valley
by W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home.
