OWEN MATTHEW CHOW

Born February 19, 2002, on March 2, 2004, OWEN MATTHEW CHOW left this earth to receive his wings.  He had to deal with various struggles in his short life and for those who knew Owen, they knew that these obstacles never bothered him.  He always had smiles and giggles. He will be lovingly remembered by his Mom and Dad, Cara and Allan, his big brother, Payton; grandparents: Wayne and Val Short, Al and Linda Rivers as well as all his aunties and uncles: Uncle Corey, Auntie Tricia and cousin, Montana, Uncle Cory and Auntie Nadine, Uncle Jason and Auntie Mona, and Uncle Garth.  A Celebration of Owen’s Life will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. in the W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Chapel, Moose Jaw.  Della Ferguson will officiate. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery.  Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday evening 7-9 p.m. at the Funeral Home.  For those so wishing, memorials  in Owen’s memory may be made to the CdLS Foundation (Cornelia deLange Syndrome), 465 Central Avenue, Fort Erie, ON, L2A 3T8 or to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Regina General Hospital, 1440 – 14th Ave., Regina, S4P 0W5. In living memory of Owen, a tree will be planted in Wakamow Valley by W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home.
