To Bob's Family:  I just heard that Bob had passed away.  I am very sorry for your loss of such a great father and friend to so many.  I stopped to see Bob a couple of weeks ago and could not believe how somebody could have such a strong outlook.  He was a true fighter. I met Bob the summer of 1993 as a summer student with UGG at that time.  I have worked close with him over the past 10 years.  Over this time we not only had a good business relationship but became friends in the process.  He definitely had a high level of passion for his work on a day to day basis which is why I always new he would be successful.  He was one of those guys that made coming to work an enjoyable experience on a day to day basis. Bob was always a proud worker for the company but I think this always paled in comparison to being a proud father.  Any time Bob got a chance to talk about how proud he was of his girls he took the opportunity.  Even when I stopped to see him a couple weeks ago he wanted to know what was happening at work but he could not stop talking about how proud he was of how accomplished his girls were.  He truly was a father who loved his daughters.  I feel this is his true Legacy. My prayers will be with Bob's family.  I will be unable to attend the funeral as I will be a new father on Tuesday of this week during the funeral time.  As this new life enters the world I am sure that I will be thinking of Bob. Best wishes in the future. Thanks Bob's Friend Justin Watson

Brian Kenyon - Agricore United, Winnipeg, MB: I had the privilege of working with Bob for the last 10 years in both the fertilizer and trucking business. Alisa McGregor - Rosetown, SK: I'm so sorry to hear of your dad's passing.  I know it's hard to believe he is gone.  I have such great memories of him when he played ball in Herschel.  When I went to school in Saskatoon, your dad worked in Bruno, I think.  Every weekend he came home, I hitched a ride with him to Herschel.  We became great friends, and when my husband died, he continued that friendship.  He truly loved his family and will be sorely missed by all his friends as well.  Sorry I can't be there. Sincerest sympathy - Alisa McGregor and Family

Nothing we can say or do will ever take away the pain you are feeling right now, but maybe you will find some comfort in knowing that so many of us are thinking of him. Cherish those wonderful memories & hold them close in your hearts forever, for Bob was a person to be very proud of. He will truly be missed by all that worked with him.

Leslie U: My Dear Friend Bob.  Forever will you be in my heart.  We had some great times together, we laughed, cried, listened and offered advice.  You will be greatly missed.  Celina, Jacquie and Mel, you have my deepest sympathies.  I'll never forget him, he will live on in you.

Sherryll -Rentz, Georgia, USA: Bobby, you have taken a part of my heart with you...I always knew everything was right in the world, because you were here in it...now...my world will never be right again.  I will always remember our holiday in Savannah, walking hand-in-hand and barefoot on the beach - our "sunrise" -our paddle-wheel boat ride - shopping for souvenirs for the girls -laughing so hard we cried and crying together because we had to go our separate ways. Celina, Jac, and Mel...the daughters I wanted so desperately, but distance robbed me of...your dad loved you with every fiber in his being.  He was so very proud of each and every single thing you did, big or small.  All of you are so wonderful and I came back to Georgia from Canada with lots of great memories and three fantastic (and very pretty!) new friends.  I know that your heart's are broken and I wish I could be there to catch your tears in the palm of my hand to mingle them with my own.
