EMMA BEAMISH

Emma Beamish passed away at Providence Place May 11, 2004 at the age of 95 years.  Emma was born in Hamiota, Manitoba November 5, 1908.  She is predeceased by her husband, Russel in 1982.  She is survived by son, Art (Lee) Beamish of Victoria; daughter, Beatrice Galbraith of Thunder Bay; seven grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and sisters.  By request, there will be no funeral service.  Memorialization will take place at Rosedale Cemetery. In living memory of Emma, a tree will be planted in Wakamow Valley by W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home.

Denny Benson - Moose Jaw: I have many fond memories of time spent in "Uncle" Russ and "Aunt" Emma's back yard.  I have lots of good memories from growing up next door to them.  Our thoughts and prayers are with family and friends.

Diane Shaw - Moose Jaw Sask: I don't know if you remember me but your mom and dad where a big part of our lives when we were children. My parents names where Alice and Frank Lowe and we spent a lot of time with your mom and dad when we were young. We called them Auntie B and Uncle Russ. My parents have passed away along time ago mom in 1988 and dad in 1991. My whole family would like to let you know that our thoughts are with you as your mom was a wonderful person and we always looked forward to being able to go over and see her. My sisters names are Doreen and Darlene and my brother is Dale. We missed your dad terribly when he passed away and we still went and visited Auntie B at her home. My children even use to go and see her, but when your mom went to providence place as time went on she became forgetful and we haven't seen her for awhile. Please let the rest of your family know that our thoughts are with you all. Take care and god bless and thanks for sharing your parents with us as we loved them too.
