JACK DEVINE

Born August 21, 1935 and passed away Saturday, July 12, 2003. Dad was predeceased by the love of his life - his wife Pat in 1995, his parents Kay and Bill, and his siblings Eileen, Don and Yvonne. Dad was survived by his children - Pam (Kent) Clelland, Dan Devine (Donna), and Sandy Devine (Ken); Grandchildren - Tara and John Clelland, and Carly and Angie Devine; sisters-in-law - Donna Dunn and Bette Devine, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Dad’s life was enjoyed by his love of family, farming and sports - mainly baseball and in the later years - golf. Many pleasurable winter years were spent in Arizona golfing and socializing with friends and in the summer at his retirement home in Elbow. Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, July 17, 2003, 7-9 p.m. at the W.J.Jones and Son Funeral Home, 106 Athabasca St. E. A Celebration of Dad’s life will be held Friday, July 18, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. at the Hillcrest Apostolic Church, 1550 Main St. N., Moose Jaw. Della Ferguson will officiate. Flowers most gratefully declined, people so wishing, may make a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Society of Saskatchewan. In living memory of Jack, a tree will be planted in Wakamow Valley by W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home.
