EUGENE (GENE) CANEVARO

EUGENE VICTOR CANEVARO, passed away peacefully in Moose Jaw on Monday, November 17, 2003.  Gene was born at Old Wives, Saskatchewan on June 8, 1919. He was predeceased by his mother, Theresa, father, Dominic; brothers: Johnny and Victor, and by his wife, Leona (Lizee).  Gene is survived by daughters: Judy (Gary) Kempf, Donna (Curtis) New and Carol (Bryan) Spence; grandchildren: Jodie Kempf, Shannon (Clint) Robinson and Mindy New and two sisters: Rose (Orville) Boyle and Delphine D'Appolonia.  In keeping with Gene’s request, a private family graveside service will be held.  If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the 50 Plus Club, Mossbank, Saskatchewan, S0H 3G0. In living memory of Gene, a tree will be planted in Wakamow Valley by W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home.

Ethel Schmidt - Moose Jaw: My deepest sympathy to you all.  I worked for several years with Gene at Beaver Lumber.  He was affectionately known as Gino and boy did he know his hardware.  May he rest in peace.
